Etsy (ETSY) early Thursday said Lanny Baker, currently chief operating officer and a former chief financial officer at Eventbrite (EB), would be joining the online marketplace company and become its new CFO, effective during the first week in January.

Baker succeeds Rachel Glaser, who disclosed plans to retire earlier this year but will remain with Etsy as an advisor through June 30.

Etsy also said that Raina Moskowitz was stepping down as chief operating and marketing officer to become chief executive at another company and will be succeeded in January as marketing chief by Brad Minor, who is now chief brand officer at Etsy.

Chief technology officer Rachana Kumar also is leaving the company but would remain at Etsy in an advisory capacity over the coming months amid a search for a successor, it said.
