中国经济网北京12月16日讯 甘肃银行（02139.HK）12月13披露公告，为进一步缓解不良资产压力，公司拟透过公开竞价方式处置债权资产，本金余额及利息合计约人民币5，644.72万元。完成公开竞价评选程序后，甘肃银行确认甘肃资管为公开竞价的胜出方。2024年12月13日，甘肃银行与甘肃资管签订资产转让合同，据此公司同意将债权资产以总代价人民币1，050万元转让予甘肃资管。

　　截至公告日期，甘肃省国投直接及间接持有甘肃银行已发行股本约23.41%，为甘肃银行的主要股东。甘肃资管为甘肃省国投的附属公司，因而为公司的关连人士。债权资产转让构成关连交易。

　　公告显示，根据债权资产转让的代价（人民币1，050万元）与债权资产于交易基准日的本金账面值（约人民币4，388.87万元）差额计算，甘肃银行预计将自债权资产转让合共录得亏损约人民币3，338.87万元（未经审计）。债权资产转让的所得资金将用于偿还债权资产下的相关债务本金。
