　　民生银行（01988）公布，近日，该行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于民生银行变更股权的批复》（金复〔2024〕816 号）。国家金融监督管理总局同意新希望化工投资有限公司（以下简称“新希望化工”）自批复之日起六个月内通过二级市场增持该行不超过6800万股股份。增持后，新希望化工及其一致行动人合计持有该行不超过约22.395亿股股份，持股比例不超过 5.12%。
