12月13日金融一线消息，昨日晚间，在港上市的威海银行发布公告，拟将公司名称从“威海市商业银行”，变更为“威海银行”。

　　值得关注的是，威海银行近日发布公告称，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局已分别核准孟东晓担任该行董事长的任职资格、张文斌担任该行行长的任职资格。
