Shares of DallasNews were trading in the green during Wednesday's after-hours session following news the company's Dallas Morning News subsidiary agreed to sell its print facility and surrounding property.
The company previously announced it was streamlining its print operations and transferring them to a smaller, leased facility.
In late trading, shares of DallasNews were up 22.3%, at $5.96. The stock finished the day's regular session with a 4.8% loss, closing at $4.87.
The property is being sold to 2201 Luna Road in a $43.5 million deal.
