　　2024全球文化IP产业发展大会（IP PLUS+++嘉年华）于12月20日至22日在上海国际旅游度假区召开。本次活动旨在交流沟通IP产业的格局和发展，助力更多的国产原创IP扬帆起航。

　　腾讯音乐娱乐集团副总裁杨奇虎在演讲中表示，对于内容产业来讲，中国音乐内容要发展原创内容是最重要的环节，在这个方面上腾讯音乐人也是投入非常大的精力扶持中国音乐人在平台上去发展、深耕、发芽、成长。

　　他谈到，经过这几年的投入，越来越多优秀音乐人在平台上慢慢涌现出来，很多优质的歌曲也从音乐平台里面涌现出来。再后来随着AIGC时代到来，会通过AIGC技术为内容创作提供便利的条件，让内容创作更加便利，甚至可以把创作门槛更加降低，让更多人参与到内容创作上来，这是随着技术的变化我们做的尝试。

　　“作为互联网音乐的平台来讲，我们未来可能会更多运用科技的方式，用创新的商业模式去赋能我们的内容，让我们的内容通过平台实现最大的价值。”他说。
