TCL电子与腾讯签署互联网电视合作协议
财中社12月20日电TCL电子（01070）发布公告，宣布与腾讯计算机签订了互联网电视合作（2025-2027）框架协议，计划进行的交易构成公司的持续关联交易。根据公告，腾讯数字（腾讯控股的全资附属公司）持有雷鸟网络科技约16.67%的股权，因而腾讯控股为公司的关联人士。该协议的年度上限适用的百分比率超过5%，董事会已批准此项交易，并确认其条款符合公司及股东的整体利益。
框架协议的有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，主要包括平台服务、内容及支持服务以及运营合作。根据历史数据，建议年度上限为9044万港元、1.07亿港元和1.2亿港元，而公司将收取的总金额的历史年度上限为1.24亿港元、1.88亿港元和2.29亿港元，实际金额为7150万港元、8872万港元和5443万港元。未来的交易将继续推动公司与腾讯集团在互联网电视领域的合作，提升业务灵活性与市场适应性。
