中国重汽高层人事变动 王德春、韩星任执行董事
财中社12月20日电中国重汽（03808）发布公告，宣布自2024年12月20日起，公司董事会将进行人员变动。Richard von Braunschweig因工作安排的变动辞任执行董事、执行委员会成员及战略与投资委员会成员。
同时，王德春被任命为执行董事、执行总裁及执行委员会成员，年薪约为67万元，服务协议期限为三年。王德春在汽车行业拥有三十二年的经验，曾担任多项重要职务。韩星也被委任为执行董事及执行委员会成员，年薪约为55万元，服务协议同样为三年。韩星在汽车行业有超过十八年的工作经验，曾在多家公司担任重要职务。
