　　宏华集团（00196）发布公告，公司的附属公司四川宏华电气有限责任公司（宏华电气）成功中标一国内客户为期两年的页岩油压裂服务项目，中标金额约为人民币5.8亿元。宏华电气于近日与国内客户完成首年页岩油压裂服务合同的签署，合同金额约人民币2.9亿元。根据服务合同，宏华电气将向国内客户提供一系列电驱压裂设备及服务，用于页岩油的开发。

　　服务合同乃宏华电气与国内客户按公平原则磋商后厘定，服务合同条款属正常商业条款，公平合理。
