运机集团公告称，近日，公司全资子公司华运智远（成都）科技有限公司（以下简称“华运智远”）与中国西部水泥有限公司（以下简称“西部水泥”）签订了《埃塞俄比亚智慧矿山建设项目产品与服务销售主合同》。基于上述协议，华运智远将向西部水泥销售提供产品及软件服务，合同金额暂定为2.08亿元人民币（不含税），最终金额以实际执行的本合同下的项目合同或订单金额为准。
