美国领先的奢侈品零售和房地产公司萨克斯环球（Saks Global）当地时间周一宣布，已经完成了对尼曼马库斯集团（Neiman Marcus Group）的收购，交易价值为27亿美元。

　　萨克斯环球现在包括尼曼马库斯、Bergdorf Goodman、萨克斯第五大道和Saks OFF 5TH等品牌，每个品牌都继续在自己的品牌名下为客户服务。

　　萨克斯环球执行董事长Richard Baker表示：“这一里程碑式的交易标志着萨克斯环球和奢侈品零售行业的变革时刻。通过联合尼曼马库斯、Bergdorf Goodman和萨克斯第五大道，我们创造了一个无与伦比的多品牌奢侈品组合，具有巨大的增长潜力。以数据和创新为核心，再加上优质房地产的投资组合，我们的目标是重新定义奢侈品购物体验。”
