财中社12月22日电海峡石油化工（00852）发布关于股东之间法律诉讼的最新情况。姚国梁已于2024年11月21日及28日对王健生、Sino Century Holdings Limited、夏永玲及Forever Winner International Ltd提起诉讼，原因是其在Forever Winner International的董事职务遭到非法罢免，且夏永玲未经授权被任命为董事。
在2024年12月20日，姚国梁告知公司其已就香港的法律诉讼提交另一份誓章，并提供了补充信息。其中包括一名前经理伪造姚国梁的签名，该经理据称是王健生的私人助理，涉及FWI唯一银行账户的文件。姚国梁已向警方报案，王健生及其儿子王鹏为目前唯一能访问该银行账户的人士。姚国梁表示将采取法律措施维护其权益。
