绿城服务(02869.HK) 公布，其附属公司杭州椿悦与绿城中国(03900.HK) 子公司绿城房地产间接持有的杭州忆锦投资订立股权与债权转让协议，以2.22亿元人民币收购杭州健成的25%股权及股东贷款。
于收购事项及绿城控股收购事项完成后，杭州健成将由杭州椿悦、浙江绿医资产管理及绿城控股分别持有45%、40%及15%权益。
集团认为杭州健成持有相对优质的基础资产，且投资项目中的物业已完全建成，并已与承租方签订租赁协议，将整体出租予政府机构预期作医院营运及使用，鉴于承租方为政府机构，且用途预期为医院运营， 故具有较强的履约能力、信誉及稳定性。(vc/u)
