　　据报道，大约4000名大众汽车经理将在明年和2026年放弃相当于其年收入10%左右的奖金，较小幅减薪将持续到本十年末。该报称，工会成员呼吁包括首席执行官Oliver Blume在内的高层领导放弃10%以上的工资。

　　这些措施是重组协议的一部分，该协议旨在削减大众品牌成本，同时避免关闭工厂。经过三个月的紧张谈判，大众汽车于周五达成了协议，避免进一步的罢工。虽然双方都对该协议表示欢迎，但削减措施与管理层最初要求的大刀阔斧行动相比还有差距。
