于本公告日期，公司已发行12.48亿股现有股份已缴足或入账列作缴足。假设于本公告日期直至股份合并生效日期并无进一步发行或购回股份，于股份合并生效后，将有1.25亿股已发行合并股份(缴足或入账列作缴足)。
