智通财经APP获悉，新特能源(01799)早盘跌超6%，截至发稿，跌4.5%，报7.43港元，成交额1534.21万港元。
消息面上，12月24日晚间，新特能源发布公告称，根据公司实际情况、保荐机构充分沟通及审慎论证，公司决定撤回建议发行A股申请。因新特能源及其保荐人撤回发行上市申请，上交所终止其主板发行上市审核。
据悉，早在2021年1月新特能源就发布公告建议发行A股，2022年公布A股上市方案。根据招股书，公司拟发行不超过3亿股，拟募资88亿元，用于年产20万吨高端电子级多晶硅绿色低碳循环经济建设项目。今年上半年，受多晶硅产品市场价格大幅下降的影响，新特能源实现营业收入117.4亿元，较上年同期下降33.23%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损为8.87亿元，上年同期为盈利47.59亿元。
