智通财经APP讯，秦港股份(601326.SH)发布公告，公司于近日收到秦皇岛市国资委发来的《秦皇岛市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会关于完成秦皇岛港股份有限公司股份减持的告知函》。获悉：2024年12月30日，秦皇岛市国资委通过大宗交易方式减持其持有公司股份1.12亿股，占公司总股本的2%，本次减持计划已实施完毕。大宗交易受让方为公司控股股东河北港口集团有限公司。
