国家发展改革委副主任赵辰昕1月8日在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，享受以旧换新补贴的家电产品，由去年的8类增加到12类，单件最高可享受销售价格20%的补贴。
继续支持冰箱、洗衣机、电视、空调、电脑、热水器、家用灶具、吸油烟机等8类家电产品以旧换新，将微波炉、净水器、洗碗机、电饭煲等4类家电产品纳入补贴范围。
智通财经APP获悉，招商证券发布研报称，市场此前担忧消费品以旧换新(以下简称“国补”)2024年底结束后到2025年3月份两会召开前，政策刺激或存在空窗期，忧虑消费信心不足。
截止目前全国十多个省份公布刺激政策从2025年1月1日起无缝衔接，执行到2025年底，政策力度和诚意均超预期，提示投资者把握本轮消费刺激超预期的投资机会。
中金发布研报称，通过梳理历史上中国内地四轮消费品补贴政策，估算每一轮政策的财政规模，并设计了财政乘数的计算框架，估算每一轮补贴政策的当期乘数以及政策推出后2年内的累积乘数。计算显示，财政补贴当期乘数较高，对相关消费拉动力强。该行估算显示，去年四季度以旧换新补贴可能超过1,100亿元人民币，财政乘数2.8左右。今年以旧换新"加力扩围"，有可能超过2010年成为消费品补贴强度最大的一年，或对社零总额形成较为明显的提振。
