财中社1月6日电国联证券（601456/01456）发布关于股东权益变动的提示性公告。公司通过发行A股股份的方式，向无锡市国联发展（集团）有限公司及上海沣泉峪企业管理有限公司等45名交易对方购买其合计持有的民生证券99.26%的股份并募集配套资金。本次权益变动系因本次交易之发行股份购买资产导致的控股股东国联集团及其一致行动人持股比例变动，且交易对方沣泉峪将成为公司持股5%以上的股东。本次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人发生变化。

权益变动前，国联集团直接持有公司19.21%的股份，国联集团等6名一致行动人合计持有公司48.60%股份。权益变动后，国联集团直接持有24.77%的股份，国联集团等6名一致行动人合计持有公司39.99%股份。沣泉峪在变动后持有公司6.61%的股份。本次权益变动不会对公司日常经营活动产生影响。文章来源：财中社原标题：国联证券：国联集团直接持股比例增至24.77%
