同道猎聘附属公司认购蒙特利尔银行理财产品8625万元
财中社1月8日电同道猎聘（06100）发布公告，宣布于2025年1月7日通过全资附属公司同道精英（香港）信息技术有限公司向Citigroup认购由加拿大蒙特利尔银行发行的保本固定收益型理财产品，金额为1200万美元（约合8625万元）。该认购事项的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守上市规则的通知及公告规定，但获豁免遵守股东批准规定。
该理财产品为5年期可赎回零息票据，年利率为5.32%。投资期为5年，票据付款日为2025年1月14日，到期日为2030年1月14日。公司认为合理有效地使用暂时闲置资金将提高资金收益，符合资金安全性及流动性的核心目标，并满足日常运营的资金需求，且相关风险较低。
