根据提交给监管机构的报告，美国知名投资人巴菲特旗下伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司，在2024年12月31日至2025年1月3日买入了约2万股威瑞信（VeriSign）普通股，总金额约410万美元，约合人民币3000万元。

近期伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司多次披露，增持这家互联网基础设施服务公司的股票，目前伯克希尔共持有威瑞信发行股票的近14%，价值约为27亿美元。此前在截至2024年12月24日的三个交易日里，伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司加码2855万美元购入了143424股威瑞信的股票。

资料显示，威瑞信是一家互联网基础设施服务公司，位于美国加州。今年第三季度，公司毛利率达88.02%，营业利润率为71.25%，净利润率为51.54%，在标普500指数成分股公司中均位居前列。
