“我们非常欣慰，今天CMA在第一阶段已初步接受我们提出的替代性措施，交易无需进入第二阶段审查。随着CMA完成其审批程序，我们将继续与其保持建设性和合作性沟通。客户也持续表示他们对交易的欢迎和支持。新思科技与Ansys携手合作，可以提供深度集成电子设计自动化(EDA)与仿真分析(S&A)软件的系统设计解决方案，满足客户对这类解决方案日益增长的需求，从而推动各个领域的创新。我们仍然预计交易将在2025年上半年完成。”
