金吾财讯 | “中远系”普跌，截至发稿，中远海控(01919)跌4.1%，中远海能(01138)跌2.49%，中远海运国际(00517)跟跌。消息面上，高盛发研报指，1月6日，美国国防部公布中国军事公司(CMC)名单，中远海运国际(00517)和中国货运航空有限公司被列入，涉及到高盛研究覆盖的中远海控(01919)、中远海能(01138)和东航物流(601156)三家公司。该名单禁止这些公司与美国国防部签订货物和服务合同，不过这与美国财政部发起的中国军工复合体公司(CMIC)名单有所不同，并不会禁止美国投资者购买或出售相关公司证券。受此消息影响，1月7日这三家公司的H股/A股平均股价分别下跌2.5%/0.6%。从过往数据看，2021年部分中国造船企业被列入相关名单后，股价在不同时间段有不同表现，如1天内平均股价变动1%，30天内-1%，60天内-3%，180天内4%，而CSI300指数在相应时间段分别为1%、-3%、-6%、-7%。此次涉及公司管理层表示没有来自美国国防部的直接货运量，所以被列入CMC名单预计不会对其运营产生重大基本面影响。
