Odaily星球日报讯 美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）即将离任的主席 Rostin Behnam 再次呼吁国会填补加密货币监管方面的空白。他说，即使不再担任主席，他也会继续倡导 CFTC 推进这一举措。当《华尔街日报》的一名记者后来问及新一年的情况时，Behnam 表示，加密货币立法需要时间，并提到新一届总统政府和国会的新组成状况。 Behnam 指出，立法将需要六到十个月，联邦机构随后的规则制定将需要一年时间。 Behnam 称：“我确实认为，代理负责人在第一天就会改变监管方式，现任委员会成员一直在谈论沙盒和创建环境，让加密货币参与者基本上可以开展业务，而不必担心执法或监管，因为这是一个受控的环境。”其补充道，包括 Debbie Stabenow 和 Patrick McHenry 在内的议员所做的立法努力“并非完美无缺”，但仍是良好的举措，“我认为现状，即我们目前所处的现有法规，无法解决问题。”（The Block）
