智通财经APP讯，海天股份(603759.SH)发布公告，公司近日与中国光大环境(集团)有限公司(以下简称“光大环境”)以书面方式签署战略合作框架协议。双方在固废处理、光伏新能源、市政供排水、管道直饮水、农业资源化等领域通过股权合作、项目投资和产业合作等形式开展深入合作。
公司此次与光大环境签订的战略合作协议，涉及垃圾固废处理及垃圾焚烧发电领域、设备制造领域、供排水领域，具体相关项目正在依法依规推进当中，协议的履行，预计对公司 2025 年及未来年度经营业绩产生积极影响，符合公司的长远发展规划和全体股东的利益。
