英国石油公司（BP）周二表示，炼油利润率下降将使其去年第四季度盈利减少1亿至3亿美元，并预计石油交易将疲软。

　　全球对汽油和柴油的需求低于预期，而亚洲和非洲新炼油厂的投产导致了供过于求。

　　英国石油表示，与前一季度相比，第四季度其石油生产和运营部门的变现预计将产生2亿至4亿美元的影响。

　　该公司还预计，第四季度的上游产量将低于前三个月。
