Kinetic Development Group's (HKG:1277) subsidiary Shenzhen Qianhai Seedland Intelligent Service Holding Group agreed to provide property management and other value-added services to Guangzhou Seedland Real Estate Development from Monday to Dec. 31, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The services under the agreement also include security, cleaning, gardening and landscaping, car park management, and daily repair and maintenance services.
The upper limit for the provision of services is set at 60 million yuan.
