股权高度集中！香港证监会“点名”广联科技控股
【大河财立方消息】1月1日，广联科技控股有限公司（证券简称：广联科技控股）在港交所发布公告称，香港证监会表示该公司股权于2025年1月2日集中于极少数股东。
香港证监会近期曾就广联科技控股的股权分布进行查讯，结果显示，该公司于2025年1月2日有20名股东包括3位执行董事共持有约3.48亿股股份，相当于已发行股本的94.94%。因此，广联科技控股只有约1856万股（占已发行股份5.06%）由其他股东持有。
广联科技控股股份于2024年7月15日在联交所主板上市，发售价为每股4.70港元。
2024年7月15日至2025年1月2日期间，广联科技控股股份由上市价4.70港元上涨至2025年1月2日收市价27.0港元，升幅达474%。截至2025年1月14日，广联科技控股股份收市价为29.70港元，较上市价4.70港元上升532%。
