消息面上，河南省人民政府办公厅近日发布《关于印发推动2025年第一季度经济“开门红”若干政策措施的通知》提出，2025年1月25日至2025年12月31日，对通行该省收费公路的氢能货车免收通行费。据中关村氢能产业联盟统计，这是国内第七个在全省范围内减免氢能车辆高速通行费的省级支持政策。
此外，AI数据中心建设带来大量用电需求，且对电力的可靠性、稳定性提出较高要求。海通国际指出，考虑到数据中心备电用的柴油发电机功率范围在1-4MW，我们预计2028年全球数据中心备电用的柴油发电机的总保有量需要达到10万台级别。因此，我们认为数据中心用柴电发动机增量需求较大，重点关注柴油发动机龙头潍柴动力。
