智通财经APP讯，东江环保(00895)发布公告，东江环保股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)于近日收到 2023 年向特定对象发行 A 股股票(以下简称“本次发行”)的保荐机构招商证券股份有限公司(以下简称“招商证券”)出具的《关于更换保荐代表人的函》，公司原持续督导保荐代表人李奇崎因为工作变动原因，不再负责本次发行持续督导职责。招商证券委派刘兴德接替担任公司持续督导工作的保荐代表人，继续履行持续督导职责。
本次变更后，公司本次发行持续督导的保荐代表人为刘兴德、罗立，持续督导期至中国证券监督管理委员会和深圳证券交易所规定的持续督导义务结束为止。
