智通财经APP获悉，内房股拉升走高，截至发稿，万科企业(02202)涨6.79%，报5.03港元；世茂集团(00813)涨5.62%，报0.94港元；融创中国(01918)涨5.16%，报1.63港元；富力地产(02777)涨4.84%，报1.3港元；远洋集团(03377)涨4%，报0.26港元。
消息面上，1月17日，国家统计局发布数据显示，2024年12月份，70个大中城市中，一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨，二三线城市环比总体降幅收窄；一二三线城市同比降幅均继续收窄。中原地产首席分析师张大伟分析认为：“从2024年9月末开始连续3个月楼市在一系列政策的影响下出现了明显的止跌企稳现象。各种政策从力度到节奏，如同给楼市注入了一针强心剂，极大地提振了市场信心。”
开源证券表示，2024年9月以来，中央政策持续加码，一揽子宏观政策“大礼包”推出，将积极提振房地产市场。房地产政策调整积极且迅速，房价“止跌回稳”路径显现。预计一线城市的政策调整将对需求侧形成有力支撑，并逐步改善房价预期，进而辐射二三线城市从而逐步实现房价“止跌回稳”，带来房地产基本面改善，维持行业“看好”评级。
