南戈壁附属公司税务罚款下调至2650万美元
财中社1月20日电南戈壁（01878）发布公告，公司的全资附属公司Southgobi Sands LLC于2025年1月10日收到蒙古税务争议解决委员会的决议。该决议是针对公司在2024年6月12日披露的定期税务审计重新评估结果的上诉。根据决议，SGS评估的税务罚款金额由约8000万美元下调至2650万美元。
公司表示，除非上诉结果为最终结果，否则上述修订后的重新评估结果不会对公司的财务报表产生影响。公司管理层正与蒙古独立税务顾问审阅该决议，以评估是否应采取进一步行动，并将适时发布进一步公告，告知股东及潜在投资者有关进展。
