优必选拟不超2亿元回购H股
财中社1月19日电优必选（09880）发布公告，宣布公司委托云南国际信托有限公司作为受托人，根据H股激励计划从二级市场购买公司H股。该计划旨在促进公司的长期可持续发展，增强股东与公司的利益结合，并完善激励机制，以吸引和留任对公司发展作出贡献的管理层和员工。
