另外,九龙仓集团(00004.HK) 持有、由会德丰负责发展的观塘启兴道1至5号九龙货仓重建项目最新获批修订图则,获准建6幢商住楼宇。住宅可建总楼面约82.26万方呎,另有6,458方呎非住宅楼面。最新方案对比2011年获批6幢29层连2层地库方案,住宅楼层增加1层。九龙仓于2023年完成补地价程序,当年补价约20.9亿元,即每方呎楼面补地价约逾2,500元,成功由工厦转为住宅发展。
