浙江沪杭甬非全资附属公司签署高速公路数字化转型及智慧化升级项目合同
财中社1月23日电浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告，2025年1月22日，公司非全资附属公司之江智能交通与杭宁公司、北向大通道公司及交通集团相关分公司签署了高速公路基础设施数字化转型升级（一期）项目合同。根据该合同，之江智能交通将提供开发监测收费站拥堵和大件运输的软件服务，预计服务费为40万元，其中杭宁公司应付17万元，北向大通道公司管理处应付3.5万元，交通集团分公司应付7万元，杭绕公司分公司应付12万元。此外，之江智能交通还与杭宁公司签订了杭宁高速公路智慧化升级改造（二期）项目合同，预计服务费为318万元。
根据公告，数字化转型及智慧化升级项目合同项下的交易构成公司的关联交易，因其适用的百分比率超过0.1%但少于5%，因此须遵守上市规则第十四A章的申报及公告规定，但获豁免遵守独立股东批准的规定。基于此项目的实施，预计将提升收费站的通行效率和主线的管控能力，进一步促进公司的业务发展。
