Odaily星球日报讯 区块链治理初创公司 Agora 即将收购其竞争对手 Boardroom。该公司将此次收购视为加强更广泛的以太坊生态系统内治理的战略举措，理由是美国总统特朗普承诺对区块链行业进行监管明确，预计去中心化治理将再次增长。 Boardroom 比 Agora 更早成立，目标也与 Agora 类似，但采用更横向的区块链治理方式。Boardroom 已逐渐从 Agora 风格的 DAO 工具软件转变为数据馈送–类似于加密治理数据的“彭博社”。Agora 拒绝透露收购 Boardroom 的价格。Boardroom 的员工已被聘用到 Agora，Boardroom 的创始人 Kevin Nielsen 将继续担任顾问。 Agora 联创 Yitong Zhang 表示，“没有计划弃用”Boardroom，Agora 团队将保持两个平台的运行，并与用户合作确定如何逐步整合这些工具。
