智通财经APP获悉，新东方-S(09901)反弹逾3%，截至发稿，涨2.26%，报36.2港元，成交额4.85亿港元。
消息面上，1月21日晚间，新东方发布2025财年中期财报。其中，新东方第二季度实现净营收10.39亿美元，同比上升19.4%；剔除东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务后的核心教育业务实现净营收8.94亿美元，同比上升31.3%。对于第三季度，新东方给出的营收指引约为10.1亿美元-10.3亿美元，同比增长18%-21%，远低于市场预估的13.2亿美元。
摩根大通发表报告指，鉴于公司一如既往的保守指引，本身该指引是可以接受，市场亦可能不会有如此强烈的反应。但根据业绩电话会议等细节，相信营业利润率侵蚀是无可避免的，可能按年下降100至150基点，可能会抵销大部分的收入增长，并导致第三季的营业利润增长显著减速。此外，管理层对于全年按年增长30%的营收目标亦信心不足，无法激活市场信心。
