消息面上，诺诚健华和康诺亚联合宣布，两家公司及其双方的合资公司共同和Prolium Bioscience达成许可合作，授权Prolium开发和商业化CD20×CD3双特异性抗体ICP-B02（CM355）。根据协议条款，Prolium将获得在全球非肿瘤领域以及亚洲以外肿瘤领域开发、注册、生产和商业化ICP-B02的权利。公司与成都康诺亚将按各50%的比例合计获得1750万美元的首期及近期付款，并按特定临床、监管及商业化里程碑的实现情况，有权合计获得最高5.025亿美元的额外里程碑付款。
值得一提的是，诺诚健华此前公布，预计2024年年度奥布替尼实现收入人民币10.01亿元左右，与上年同期相比增长49%左右。实现营业总收入人民币10.1亿元左右，与上年同期相比增长37%左右；归属于母公司所有者的净亏损人民币4.43亿元左右，与上年同期相比，亏损减少30%左右。
