索尼预计下月起停产所有刻录用蓝光光盘，不再推出后续产品
IT之家 1 月 23 日消息，索尼存储媒体解决方案公司今日宣布，预计将于 2025 年 2 月全面停止生产刻录用蓝光光盘。
去年 7 月即有报道称索尼计划“逐步缩减”存储介质业务，而如今，这一举措正式敲定。除了蓝光光盘外，索尼还将停产录音用迷你光盘、数据存储用 MD 介质，以及 MiniDV 磁带的所有型号。
据IT之家了解，截至目前，索尼商店仍在销售 BD-RE 和 BD-R 刻录用蓝光光盘，共计 11 款。
外媒 phileweb 报道称，索尼的录音用 MiniDisc 仍有“MDW80T”型号在售，数据存储用 MD 介质在售的产品为 140MB 容量的“MMD-140B”。至于 MiniDV 磁带，用户仍可购买 70 分钟录制版 DVM60R3 及五盒装“5DVM63HD”等产品。
索尼表示，感谢广大用户长期以来的支持，此次宣告停产的蓝光光盘等上述产品均不会迎来换代。
