消息面上，国家发改委、国家数据局、工业和信息化部近日联合印发《国家数据基础设施建设指引》，这意味着我国开启新一轮以数据为中心的数字基础设施布局，相应的建设步伐也将“提速”。据业界初步估算，数据基础设施每年将吸引直接投资约4000亿元，带动未来五年投资规模约2万亿元。
