Stoneweg EREIT (SGX:CWBU) priced 500 million euros worth of green bonds under its Series 002 issuance, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The six-year bonds carry a coupon rate of 4.25% and a reoffer yield of 4.343%.
This issuance falls under the REIT's 1.5 billion-euro medium-term note program.
Net proceeds from the issuance will be used to redeem outstanding bonds due in November 2025, for general corporate purposes and to refinance eligible green assets and projects.
The bonds are expected to be issued on Jan. 30 and have been assigned a rating of BBB- by Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings.
