Indra IDR.MC, Redeia REDE.MC

Indra is close to reach a final agreement to buy satellite operator Hispasat from grid operator Redeia for 650 million euros ($680 million), El Pais reported on Friday, citing unidentified sources with knowledge of the matter.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Saudi Telecom reported it holds a 9.97% stake in Telefonica as of January 17, according to a filing to the U.S. market regulator SEC.

ACS ACS.MC

ACS's Australian unit Cimic was selected to bid for the contract to build an underwater power cable between Victoria state in Australia and the island of Tasmania, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.
