Guocoland's (SGX:F17) subsidiary, Guocoland Singapore's joint bid along with Intrepid Investments and CSC Land Group for a land parcel at Tengah Garden Avenue, Singapore, was accepted by the Urban Redevelopment Authority for SG$675 million.
The sit has an area of 25,458.4 square meter and can yield around 860 residential units, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Guocoland has a 20% interest in the project.
