智通财经APP讯，中国供应链产业(03708)发布公告，认购协议及补充认购协议中列明的全部先决条件已获达成，完成已于2025年1月27日作实。合共11.19亿股认购股份占(i)于本公告日期，公司现有已发行股本约20.00%;及(ii)公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股本的约16.67%，已成功按每股股份0.0121港元的认购价发行予认购方。公司自认购事项收取的所得款项净额合共约1353万港元，并拟将953万港元用于集团一般营运资金及400万港元用于投资集团日后物色的潜在新项目/商机。
