意大利高端物流法拉瑞（Ferrari Group）周一宣布，计划启动首次公开募股（IPO）并在阿姆斯特丹交易所上市。

　　该公司在声明中表示，此次发行预计将在未来几周内进行，将通过Deiana Holding控股公司向多家机构投资者私人配售创始家族持有的25%股份。

　　法拉瑞创立于1959年，最初在意大利从事海关经纪和货运业务。该集团表示，现专注于运送名表、珠宝和钻石等奢侈品，年货值总额超过1700亿欧元。
