Ramsay Health Care (ASX:RHC) said that group Chief Financial Officer Martyn Roberts has resigned to pursue other opportunities, and a search is underway to find a replacement, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Roberts will remain with Ramsay until the company implements a new operational structure by mid-2025, which will focus on streamlining its Australian hospital operations and improving patient outcomes.
The restructuring includes the creation of the roles of chief operating officer for Australia and chief commercial officer for Australia, both of which will report directly to Group CEO and Managing Director Natalie Davis.
Ramsay also appointed Brindan Suresh as chief health and strategy officer, effective early February.
