智通财经APP讯，H&H国际控股(01112)发布公告，为降低融资成本及优化资本架构，公司董事会经详细考虑后，议决悉数赎回其于2026年到期的尚未偿还13.5%优先票据(“该等票据”)。截至本公告日期，未偿还的该等票据本金额为2470.5万美元。
公司欣然宣布已于2025年2月12日根据契诺向相关票据信托人发出通知。
根据公司、公司的若干附属公司(作为附属公司担保人)与香港上海汇丰银行有限公司(作为信托人)及抵押代理)所订立日期为2023年6月26日的契诺(经不时修订或补充)(“契诺”)的契诺条款，公司已通知信托人，本金额为2470.5万美元(“赎回本金额”)的该等票据将于2025年2月13日(“赎回日期”)，按相等于赎回本金额109.54%的赎回价另加截至赎回日期(不包括当日)的应计及未付利息赎回。于赎回日期作出赎回后，所有已赎回的该等票据将会注销，且将无已发行该等债券。公司将向香港联合交易所有限公司申请撤回该等票据的上市地位。
公司将继续探索降低公司融资成本及优化其资本结构的机遇。
