Cincinnati promotes Chapel to SVP of E&S, re-elects incumbent directors

Feb 3 - (The Insurer) - Cincinnati Financial has promoted to senior vice president and executive officer of excess and surplus lines and elected her on the boards of all property casualty insurance subsidiaries along with the company's insurance brokerage.

Chapel has held various roles at Cincinnati for 25 years, most recently as vice president, manager of E&S underwriting.

Additionally, Cincinnati has added executive vice president Scott Givler to the board of the Cincinnati Life Insurance Company, personal and specialty executive Will Van Den Heuvel to the board of the company's insurance brokerage subsidiary CSU Producer Resources, added senior vice president of personal lines Scott Schuler to the boards of all property casualty insurance subsidiaries, and added commercial lines senior vice president Chet Swisher to the boards of all standard market property casualty insurance subsidiaries.

The promotions and appointments took place on 31 January.

The Insurer reported in December 2024 that Cincinnati had promoted Givler and Van Den Heuvel to executive vice presidents within the personal and specialty lines, and that Schuler and Swisher would replace them on 1 January.
