Provident Financial Says CFO Nguyen to Resign

Provident Financial Holdings said Thursday that TamHao Nguyen, the company's chief financial officer and corporate secretary, will resign effective Feb. 21, to pursue another opportunity.

Haryanto Sunarto, the company's treasurer, will serve as interim CFO effective that date.

Provident said a formal search has been initiated for a successor to Nguyen.

Provident Financial Holdings is the holding company for Provident Savings Bank.
