Beyond Air (XAIR) said Wednesday that it secured a 180-day extension, through Aug. 4, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
The company was notified of its non-compliance with the listing rule in August 2024 and was initially given until Tuesday to cure the deficiency, according to the statement. Beyond Air subsequently requested for the extension.
Beyond Air said the extension does not affect its Nasdaq listing and its shares continue to trade on the bourse.
Beyond Air shares were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
